Since joining the Allen Tate family in 2014, Matt has taken on a variety of roles, including agent, Professional Development instructor, Sales Manager, and Branch Leader/Broker-In-Charge. Originally from Phoenix, Arizona, Matt graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Communications. He now resides in Chapel Hill with his wife, Sarah, daughter, Emma, and their dog, Kobe. Known for his strong connections in the local market, he is actively involved in the Durham Regional Association of REALTORS as a member of the Board of Directors and also serves on the Legislative Committee. He previously served on the Board of Directors with the Orange Chatham Association of REALTORS, where he was honored as the 2020 BIC of the Year and served on the Government Affairs Committee.
